30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items should be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, instructions, and included accessories. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization.
How to Start a Return
Email ✉ support@domvly.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not send a return until you receive those instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by us.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment or is shipped. Contact us immediately after placing an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; you may instead request a return under this policy after delivery.
