Products & intended use

Orders & cancellations

Orders are subject to acceptance, inventory availability, and payment verification. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will cancel and refund requests received before an order enters fulfillment when possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead. We may cancel an order for availability, pricing, payment, or suspected-fraud reasons and will notify you using the contact details supplied with the order.

Shipping within the United States

DOMVLY currently focuses on orders delivered within the United States. Standard shipping is $9.90 for orders with a merchandise subtotal under $100 after discounts and before taxes. Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

Returns & refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging and included accessories. Please contact us before sending an item back. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
